Bugs

Bugs are little critters that are found almost everywhere.  Austin is home to many different types of bugs.  There are water bugs, ladybugs, scorpions, fire ants, prayng mantids, and much more throughout central Texas.  Differentiating good bugs from bad bugs is a way to help prevent pest problems in the garden.

Bad bugs - If you are having problems with pests in the garden please come and see us. We will try to  help you find an organic solution. Weak plants are more susceptible to frequent pest problems. Keeping  your plants healthy will help reduce pest problems.  Some common pests in this area are Aphids, Cut worms, Grubs, Leaf Hoppers, Slugs, and White Flies.

Benificail bugs - Bugs that help promote optimal plant health are labeled beneficial. Beneficial bugs help soil with conditioning and pest control.
